The motor of the hotel pair, The Duke is a very nice 70 footer by Roger Farrington. This hull has particularly pleasing lines with a cabin designed to suggest a traditional stern end with forward section now a cabin over what would have been hold area on a working boat. Internally the present layout may suit as is but the 70ft length provides bags of scope and space for adaption to a new owners requirements. Stern cabin with single cross bed, hand basin and storage
Second cabin with single bed, hand basin and storage
