Description

Lincoln is a 70 foot traditional stern narrow boat built by the well respected boat builder Barry Hawkins in 2004. This boat was the boat builders show boat for a number of years and has a very traditional appearance with part of the cabin being steel “under cloth”. Layout from the rear comprises of Boatman’s Cabin decorated in traditional style with scumbling, roses and castles and heated by an Epping solid fuel range. Following this is the engine room with side doors which open each side of the boat to show off the amazing powerhouse “Russel Newbery DM3”. All the electrics and batteries are also located in the engine room. Forward of this and entering the main living accommodation there is a small cubicle housing a composting toilet with wash basin above. Next is the double bedroom. Following this is the shower room with full height shower, macerator toilet and wash basin. Next is the galley with diesel Heritage cooking range, stainless steel sink/drainer and undercounter fridge. Forward of this is the saloon with a solid fuel Bubble corner stove, sofa and bench seating. Doors lead out on to the covered forward well deck. Dry docked, blacked and anodes replaced in 2023.
Lincoln is in need of some TLC and is priced with this in mind.
