Engine serviced, new oil and filters changed. Morso stove with back boiler and 2 whalebone
radiators. 1.2kw Victron inverter charger. 4 x 100 watt solar panels with Victron control panel. 5 x 100a/h batteries. 70 litre calorifier.

Bow: Wooden doors with steps leading to.

Saloon: Morso stove with back boiler, click clack sofa bed, shelves, TV, radiator, 4 portholes with curtains and carpet tiles.

Galley: good amount of storage cupboards and drawers, wooden worktop with splashback tiles, stainless steel sink with drainer, 4 burner gas cooker, 12v LEC fridge with icebox. 2 portholes, 1 with bung and 1 with curtains. Laminate flooring.

Corridor: Porthole with bung, carpet.

Bathroom: Lined shower cubicle, shelving, Thetford cassette toilet and spare
cassette, sink. Obscure porthole. Lino flooring.

Bedroom: Fixed double bed, underbed storage, shelving above bed, radiator, 2 ports with curtains, carpet tiles,
Cupboard/wardrobe area with lots of storage space.

Stern: Engine, instruments, sliding hatch.

Varnished plywood boards on ceilings and above gunnels, carpet below gunnel.
LED downlights throughout.
