With propulsion provided by the Barrus Shire 70hp engine teamed with the Sidepower Bow Thruster makes handing a dream. Hot water onboard is supplied from the Calorifier/Immersion/Webasto system. The Webasto Pro 90 also provides central heating along with the recently serviced Refleks diesel stove nestled into the saloon.
A host of electric systems provides ample power with 12, 240v, a Victron Quatro 5kw Inverter, 1 starter, 4 leisure, 2 bow thruster batteries as well as 2 solar panels, 2 smart TV’s and a Google nest remote control.

Stepping aboard from the stern, you're greeted by a spacious cruiser deck perfect for entertaining. As we head inside, we first find the spacious galley which is home to an abundance of appliances including a Belling cooker and separate 5 burner gas hob, a Bosch fridge/freezer, Bosch dishwasher, free standing hidden microwave and a pantry. An Indesit Washer/Dryer can also be found within the corridor.

From the kitchen/dining area onto the wonderful saloon which oozes elegance from the Oak flooring to the feature Refleks diesel stove for those cosy evenings. Accommodation on board of Nemendee is provided over two cabins. The master bedroom features a fixed King size bed with deep drawer underbed storage and access onto the large bow area creating an additional space for peaceful moments on the canal. The second cabin provides a fixed double bed with storage beneath easily accessed by the hydraulic levers.

The bathroom is a haven of tranquility with Italian porcelain tiles with hand painted designs, a full-size bath and separate shower, pump out toilet, vanity basin, and heated towel rail. There's even a second room with a cassette toilet and vanity basin complete with Italian porcelain tiles with hand painted designs.

Nemendee has been lovingly cared for by the current owner and has a BSC valid until May 2028. Blacked July 2024, and with a recently serviced Refleks stove and freshly cleaned and repainted Engine bilge floor, the Titan pram and cratch covers have both been re waterproofed in July 2024.

When you buy a boat from us you pay all monies in to our company clients trust account which means that the buyers and sellers money is protected. This is the same account that solicitors set up for house sales .This money does not belong to the company it belongs to the buyer until the sale is complete and then we pay the seller from the company clients trust account. We cannot release the money from the Clients Trust Account to the seller until the vessel has been accepted and handed over to the buyer because if there was a fault with the vessel and the buyer refused to accept it and wanted their money back we could not do this because the seller would of already had the money. This could become a very costly and messy problem for all parties.

This money never enters our company current account. This also means that we cannot use customers money for other purchases/reasons. If at any point the company went bust then the buyers/sellers money is safe and it would go back to the rightful owner of the money.

We have had this company clients trust account set up from day one to protect our customers money. This account is a secure holding account. We pay the seller monies due from this account when the buyer has signed to accept the vessel. Payment is made from this account to the seller by cheque from the clients Trust Account which is protected guaranteed funds.
